- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went into have eye test fine had to go back a week later for contact lens test (should be able to do at same appointment) Gentleman who saw me was very helpful at first appointment. When i went back into sort out contact lenses the lady I saw was abrupt and rude. I then went back a week later to have lenses checked only to find shed ordered the incorrect ones, The gentleman then rechecked my eyes was very professional and ordered me the correct lenses .I was told they would be delivered to my home address within 5-7 days. This was on 28/5/16 .I phoned on 6/5/16 only for the assistant to tell me she needed to check it out and would phone back ,to no avail, so today 8/6/16 I went into the store to find out again the assistant said she would go and check , after a 10 min wait she came back and told me that the ones hed ordered where backlogged and were unsure when they would be in but will phone me tomorrow to give me an update. I wait in anticipation as so far this hasnt been a great service experience.By anonymus108726, February 28, 2017
