- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Not at all helpful, especially when they are acting as agents for the greedy EDF energy company. Phone message to me, "weve tried to ring you twice and wont ring again" So appt made between 12 & 2pm, for them to call : nothing just another SMS @ 2:38 telling me to call again. The "financial statement was wrong, and the woman who DID speak to me in the first place sounded bored, and was not polite. On calling their free number, it is clear that they are not independent from the energy company. It maybe that they deliberately make it hard to contact, and make mistakes so as not to give any real help: bias in favour of EDF energy.By Admin, October 18, 2020
