- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We used Neil Harvey of Harveys Surveyors Ltd, Plymouth, in May 2016, after researching the RICS website and comparing him to other surveyors (found some other a bit patronising, pushy). We had a pre-purchase full building survey for an old cottage in Cornwall. He is well qualified, experienced, gave sensible advice, was reliable and flexible making arrangements. Neil discussed the survey results with us immediately following his inspection, pointing out relevant issues, producing a thorough, excellent written report with photos within the agreed time frame (one week) by email and post.
